For some reason my poor review of the clinic keeps being removed. I wonder how many others are taken down that complain?Stay clear of this company. False promises, missed deadlines, poor customer service and barefaced lies are all you will receive.

Dr Patel ignored my urges to refer me to a specialist for acute arm and shoulder pain a instead sent me for a completely unnecessary (and expensive) shoulder MRI and multiple follow-up appointments with her, an osteopath and a physio. She also prescribed anti inflammatory which I informed her was not helping. This all took a few months.In the end, the physio recommended by her was unavailable so I saw someone else who immediately recognised my pain as relating to a herniated disc in my neck. I later saw another GP who immediately referred me to a specialist and I ended up getting a surgery.Throughout this process I kept asking to be seen by a specialist, but with no luck. In the end, they had the audacity to send multiple invoices for follow-up consultations and didn’t even apologise when I told them that I ended up in surgery. Overall, Dr Patel seems to be unaware of her lack of specialist knowledge and I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Went to have a COVID-19 antibody test. Whole process was seamless, and doctor was very friendly and welcoming. Great clinic!
