Franks The Flooring Store Washington

Been to a few stores in Washington for carpets and nothing compares to the service at this store. The price was spot on for the amazing service we received . Will definitely be returning in the future.

Me and my partner were served by Andy, at the Washington store on Sunday 19th of February. He was very friendly and incredibly helpful, he talked us through all of our options and helped pick out other colours and styles that we hadn’t considered. The whole experience was so refreshing, Andy answered all of our questions and spent time showing us the different qualities that were available so that we could make an informed choice. Andy is an expert in customer service and I am really happy we visited the store today.

Supposed to be cheapest carpet store around I have found 4 stores cheaper franks quoted me £523 for living room carpet plus £210 for fittings that is £733 I got a carpet for £325 and fitted it myself saving £408 it took me 30 minutes to fit carpet I don’t know how they can charge £210 for 30 minutes work

Ignorant bloke more interested in computer, when he eventually got up and spoke to a couple, used car salesman at his best, I just left. New shop looks plain boring, if you want used car salesman hard selling come here

Went in store, pretty decent service to be fair, picked a floor and give rough dimensions, the estimated price was good. He said, we will come to yours and price up properly whens good? I said Sat morning, absolutely no problem he said. The guys starts early so will come to you between 9 and 10 but ive made a note you are going out so earlier the better.Ring at 9.45am saying is he still coming? Nah not be today, when else you free? Lied and said he 'phoned me all week'. Joking me man, like ive got nowt better to do with my time, especially a weekend. Wanted to spend £500 with them today, loads of places do flooring so im not bothered where it comes from.COWBOYS!

Two lovely lads from washington store done a fantastic job on my stairs and landing. Very friendly. Very happy with the service. Would highly recommend them. Thankyou lads.I will going back there in the future.
