I slipped on some spilled milk whilst in the store and fractured my elbow and the staff just laughed at me. The shop was very smelly it smelled like wet lettuce. No WiFi available also. Disgusting. I’m going to the media with this

Customers beware. Dishonest young male counter staff, too busy using his mobile phone at the counter, purposely didn't give correct scratchcard winnings to customer. Even when he had the pink payout slip in his hand from the machine! Hoping the customer wouldn't say anything. Where do Tesco get these staff from? Its a poor do when the counter staff can't be trusted. And Tesco have the nerve to put security on the door to scrutinise customers! When really they should be looking closer to home.

One off your staff is rude and has a bad attitude towards me I was in the this week to get gas and elec she said the machine was not working . She told me she was the boss and meander there . It's disgusting how staff treat customer like that. Her name is oboe

Disgusting, putting offers on then when you get to the counter they say it's Clubcard price only. Tesco I have shopped with you for 15 years. I don't want your club card and I will not be back. I've just walked out of your store empty handed. Now on my way to asda. Disgusted. I going to the media with this. Disgusting.

Absolutely shocking the staff are so rude in there and you feel like you get judged the Minute you walk in , staffs attitude is appalling and they are need to manage time better

Excellent service, all staff have been excellent during lockdown. Working hard to keep shelves stocked and customers happy whilst at the same time adhering to the social distancing as far as possible. Commendable, well done!!!!!
