Love Nails Doncaster

Hi all, recently my daughter came here with me to get our nails done, at the start I was very specific that we BOTH would be getting them done and they said fine and sat us down, about a hour later WOTH no service he finally called my daughter up and a booked client came in and he told me he could only do some of my service, however this was a hour after waiting and I was reasonably upset because he had made me wait for a hour without a heads up he can’t do the full service I asked for, I found it extremely unprofessional and did tell him I thought this before leaving. When my daughter came out quite quickly after I saw her nails were very badly done, there was hard plastic on her underneaths where the drill had been and some nails were too small for her fingers, additionally they were very rushed and clumpy at the edges with crooked line’s. They had charged her £30 for this even though it said 28 (she got plain short acrylic with no gel or anything). I find this quite unprofessional and am very upset about this as previously I had always been loyal and a happy customer but I’m now dissatisfied and disappointed about this.

Absolutely incredible results and very professional.Went here for the first time today. I called in advance to check they’d be ok to do my feet as I lost several nails on my foot so I basically needed nail construction as well as a polish.William ( owns the shop ) supported his team for the manicure and actively showed them how to complete the nail construction as they’d not seen a full nail bed damage like that before.It was leading by example at its finest and I’m thrilled with the results. Will definitely be back.William has the finished picture - bet you can’t guess which nails are real and which are constructed ones !!Thank you so much for a great set of nails on my hands and feet. It’s boosted my confidence loads !!

First time today at this nail salon, will definitely go back very polite staff. Salon very clean and calming, am really pleased with my nails exactly how I wanted them. Loyalty card and Sunday opening a bonus too.

Amazing ambiance. If you have an appointment, they will take you immediately. They do an excellent job. My girlfriend has been coming here for several months.

It is hard to find a good nail technician, but I am happy to say that now I am a regular at this salon and love the way they work and do my nails

did a full set of acrylics and i like them but the cuticles/skin around my nails seem damaged to me and the filing was way too aggressive to my liking.

Everyone is so nice and customers are made to feel welcome and appreciated!

Best service, nice custom, been going there for more than 3 years never dissapointed, highly recommended!
