Needed carpets and flooring for full house due to burst pipes. Pete was exceptional. He was patient and understanding and so helpful in giving me various options. Excellent customer service. All the staff were friendly. Great team.

This is our sixth carpet from Carpet Right since we moved to our latest house. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for carpets. We also had the whole of the downstairs fitted with wooden flooring. Great service as always from Pete. Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible service, explain that they will have to ring u back shortly with time given never seem to proceed to follow up, has happened multiple times, messed about with bookings saying they’ve lost all my information or have no bookings under my information, only credit is Andy the fitter although have been around the houses just to sort my floor think about 4 or 5 separate appointments/visits.Again phone services and company is an absolute liability.

Came in today looking for new carpets for my home and felt judged by the staff after I saw one colleague mouth something to another and then look at me. This instantly made me leave the shop and go back to a competitor up the road. Felt as though the staff were quick to judge and assume as I was a younger customer. Missed out on sales because of this, as I am now placing an order with their competitor.
