Used leaders for around 5 years as both letting agents and sales agents. They were great for the most part and definitely superior to others I've used in the area. They were especially great during a 6 month period when we renovated a house whilst out of the country - they helped ensure this entire process was very smooth and organised all contractors etc. on our behalf. However, there have also been a couple of instances where they dropped the ball, including not noticing my tenants were breaking several conditions of their lease and also sending out incorrect paperwork several times in a row (with critically important information incorrect). Overall though I would use them again, they are easy to communicate with (in particular Claire is great to deal with) and get the job done.

I've been with Leaders now for several years and have always received an amazing service. Mahema is excellent at what she does and she will never let you down! She should be the queen of property management if she isn't already. Thanks so much for what you do!

We started the journey with leaders from last September for the house we rent now. It was a great journey till. Mahema Sultana she is the agent who helped through the process and she was very quick and efficient also very helpful throughout the process. Till now she is helping with our every queries and needs. We have had a great letting experience with Leaders, far better than we have experienced elsewhere. Our contact Natalie Mitchell in particular has gone above and beyond, being extremely helpful, particularly when we had a serious incident involving a van which damaged the front of the house. Not only did she help in a practical way, but also in a very supportive way given the distressing effects of the crash. They are very clear, easy to contact and customer focused. I didn’t know about this company until November last year when I needed accommodation that was well suited for my family and I. From the viewing and all through the process of securing the place, information was adequately provided by the representative of the company. Having moved into the property, I have gotten utmost support from a responsive property manager named Mahema Sultana. I would definitely recommend leaders to anyone looking to get a property and requiring peace of mind

This is a bit of a strange review to write as i didn’t actually sell my house with leaders but Mark came out to value my house (along with 7 others!). He came in 10k below the others which lead me to choose another estate agent with a higher asking price - after sitting on the market for about 6 weeks I dropped the price to Marks valuation and my house sold within a week and had more viewings than the 6 weeks it had sat there. He obviously had a good knowledge of the area and hit the valuation on the head.

Started letting a property from Leaders. The staff there were very helpful and the process took very little time and moving in within two weeks of application. Natasha the Lettings negotiator was excellent and make the process run very smoothly. They also gave us a happy moving day box. Well chuffed!
