I am sorry... is this a joke? Some of us w disabilities need our prescriptions asap and don't have the time/resources/energy to keep chasing/coming back... this was at 10.10am today and the 2 staff members were inside looking at me.. Also why don't u open the shop bit at least if u can't open the actually farmacy... Who does that? because the staff is late? Am I being unreasonable?

I went there to buy something for my son, as he is teething and he is in a lot of pain and discomfort. I asked a member of staff to show me where the teething stuff for babies are she showed me, and she told me if I want something stronger to speak with a pharmacist. I thank her, and I was waiting for someone to come, as it was nobody behind the till. After 5 minutes a woman came and told me that if want to pay I should go to the tills in the other side, but I told her I need an advice. She told me that I have to wait in another side, so I went there. After 5 minutes, another 2 customers were waiting in the area where I was waiting before, and the same lady ask them if they need help, while the customer said yes and she needs to speak to her. The pharmacist ignored me totally looking at me in a rude way, even if the customer asked if I was waiting.. After serving her, she asked me what do I need, I didn't even finished what I wanted to say and she sent me to the same shelf that the other member of staff showed me. That lady was really rude . I just needed something for teething and I needed an advice as they were lots of different choices there. I left without buying nothing and really angry. I think she doesn't like foreigners very much. I won't go anymore there.

Went in to collect my prescription feeling very unwell. The guy behind the counter was very abrupt and made me feel like I was an imposter. Zero customer service. Will be redirecting my prescriptions elsewhere. Avoid

The worst chemist in all of Kemptown. If you want helpful, polite staff and if you want friendly advice avoid like the plague. Half the time they don't open on time. All the time they don't answer the phone.The staff chat and gossip at the back and dont acknowledge your presence and if you dare to ask for service you're made to feel in the wrong. Stuck up and unapprochable pharmacist. Staff are lazy and don't care for customers. Had a repeat prescription there for over five years and each week it was late or missing items. Avoid if you can!!!!

Came down with covid and required some medication which the doctor had sent to them, so I tried calling in to arrange for a friend to go in and collect it for me. The phone just rang all day, I tried over 10 times and gave up in the end. Luckily I found some old stuff I had at home.

The staff are so rude, walked in and they were standing at the back talking amongst themselves, no acknowledgment I was even there, ten mins later I finaly get tired of waiting and ask for service, was rudely told Id be seen when they were ready. Once they finally came to serve me, I found out that the prescription that was ordered on for me, had been ordered wrong and I would have to come back another day, Id already waited 5 days, totally un acceptable no apology and made to feel like they just didnt care whether I got it. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Very short staffed awaiting 15 minutes for a prescription I needed not made up even though was told days prior it would be ready Tuesday even though I went Wednesday

Seem unable to answer the phone - if customers are sick, they don’t want a wasted journey if the opening hours aren’t kept to or items are not in stock - the phone is there for a reason!

Edit - I don't understand why the store keeps changing their hours on Google Maps or why Google weren't able to verify times with the photo attached. To be clear, this store closes for lunch every day.---------The staff here are all very friendly!However, the store seems to close for lunch every day at around 12/13:00, yet they won't update their opening times to reflect this. My Google edits have even been reverted back by the store.Lastly, my prescriptions always seem ready to be picked up just before close!

That the last time I'm using this boots aswell. I showed up first thing in the morning before work. They do open at 9. I was there 9:05 .. just to be told, sorry- pharmacist is not in yet , I cannot open. I was just picking up my online order but the lasy said sorry , nothing i can do .. Such a hassle. Had to go back again and because they close so early , accommodate that too and finish earlier in the day. What a waste of time. And - long queue. I wouldn't recommend .I will just do home delivery next time.
