Scudamore's Mill Lane Punting Station

This is the first time we did punting in Cambridge and we loved it.I would recommend to book online in ahead so you get the perfect slot you want to, they will give you blankets and they have umbrellas as well in case it rains. The guide & Punter was very good who tells the facts, history about the colleges while going to the backs of each of them. A very nice experience to have for the ones travelling to Cambridge.

A must see" if you are visiting Cambridge. Most of the boats have young college kids that take you around the Cam river and tell interesting history stories. Loved the experience."

Get around to see some of the prestigious colleges of Cambridge on a shared/private boat. A tad expensive considering its just a half an hour for a return journey. If you have a good punter to tell you the significance, it is better.

A perfect day for punting! Prompt start and Ava was an absolute gem. She was lovely and a knowledgeable guide. We started from the Mill Lane dock which we’d recommend as it was quieter. We also recommend booking online and starting earlier to avoid the masses.

An absolutely fantastic look at the collages and with an exceptionally knowledgeable and funny guide. Our only day here and it was totally worth it. Time flew by and could not recommend it more.The team offered a deal while we were looking at Mathematical Bridge, but weren’t pushy about the sell which we liked.The boat is comfortable and as it was 3pm in November we were given hot water bottles which complemented the blanket nicely.We also splashed out on the mulled wine and we loved it. A late afternoon drink which warmed us up nicely.Unfortunately I forgot our guides name, but he was so good. Controlled the boat, kept a good flow of information, balancing delightful historical details with everyday thoughts and opinions. Highly enjoyable.

We went punting in Cambridge for 30 minutes on a beautiful summer's day and it was absolutely fantastic! The whole experience was seamless and enjoyable, from booking in advance to stepping into the boat.Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the city and provided great commentary as we made our way along the River Cam. The scenery was breathtaking and it was a great way to relax and soak up the atmosphere of Cambridge.The boat itself was comfortable and easy to navigate, and we were able to take our time and enjoy the views at our own pace. The 30 minutes felt like the perfect amount of time for a leisurely ride, and we got to see all of the highlights of the river.I would highly recommend punting in Cambridge to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing activity in this beautiful city. The booking process was easy and the experience itself was unforgettable. I can't wait to go back and do it again

This was really nice! It was cold and they even had blankets for us! They take you down behind the colleges and under the various bridges. We only had one day in Cambridge and this was a great decision.
