Stonham Post Office

I have visited twice now in the last two weeks, on both occasions I was told that the Post Office wasn’t open, and that I needed to come back in a few days.Luckily I don’t live far, but on both occasions I wasted fuel, time and of course wasn’t able to actually post what I needed to post!All the ‘management’ need to do is update their opening hours on their website and on Google, on a weekly basis if needs be or until regular opening hours are established.Totally unprofessional and should be contacted by The Post Office head office as they’re putting the brand to shame.

I post parcels here on a daily basis as it’s always open.... they also stock a lovely selection of greetings and Christmas cards as well as great gifts. I’ll definitely be back.

They need basic lessons in politeness when dealing with customers won't be going again.
