My family can not thank R.W. Mann & Son enough for their professionalism, support and attention to detail that they afforded our family following our recent bereavement. Always available to answer queries, totally considerate to the needs of the bereaved and no sales pitch. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Would not recommend , my mother's funeral was handled without compassion for her children. Appalling Service....NOW you want to discuss it with me . I waited for a call to arrange dressing my mom , there was NO call. I called your office and was told someone would contact me ,they never did ,by the time someone contacted my brother and not me ,it was too late .In Birmingham ,my mothers funeral would have been handled much better , ALL of her children would have had input and communication from the funeral home , You also handled my brothers funeral the year before ,with covid I presumed his funeral was within those guidelines but looking at how you handled my mothers funeral outside of covid guidelines I have found that the same dismal service just comes down to the way the funeral home is run .very unsatisfied .

No funeral is easy and Covid restrictions made things even harder but R.W Mann & Co arranged everything for my late mother in law Eileen Jones with complete satisfaction and first class efficiency. Thank you to all the team.

A really excellent, caring and efficient service from Rebecca, Paul and all their colleagues. It is of course a difficult time, but the arrangements beforeand on the day were really excellent. I recommend you without hesitation. Many thanks to you all.

We used this company some years ago after the death of my father.Utterly disgusting service.They kicked him in the head, several times, whilst trying to get him on the trolley, brought him out of his room, uncovered, with soiled paints on. Then proceeded to drop him down the steps outside.Never got over this.

Following the recent bereavement of my husband I cannot praise the service I received from RW Mann highly enough. From the very first telephone call/ face to face meeting to the extra mile Sophie and Kasia took to ensure everything we wanted we had. The attention to detail, kind and caring emotional support, the communication and updates, advice and guidance….. the highly professional, friendly staff made the whole process much easier during a difficult time as I knew they had everything under control and would always check how I was coping. I would like to personally thank Sophie and Kasia for everything …. You were both amazing x

R W Mann arranged my Husband`s funeral and from start to finish it was exactly how I wanted it - they are a wonderful caring company and they did everything for me, even follow up phones calls to see that I was okay.

The best anyone could ask for staff are very caring all way have time for you always reddy to do anything to help even after when it's all over would recommend them 100% they are very respectful and I'm so grateful for all they did for my late wife thank you all

After the passing of my mother, not knowing what needed to done, as this was the first time I'd had to deal with arranging a funeral, Kasia and the staff at Mann's were so helpful. From the initial phone call right through the process, they were professional, kind and very approachable.Nothing was too much trouble and the help they gave me was so much appreciated. They made the whole process so easy from the start right through to the funeral.The funeral itself was perfect and the organisation by Mann's was excellent.I would recommend Mann's to anyone as I cannot believe that there is anyone that would do a better job.
