Only putting one star so that I can leave a review, othwise it would be no stars. Do not go there. They pressure sell and the elderly are very vulnerable, they feel the cold and only to happy to go for anything that’ll make them warmer. Outrageously over priced, fortunately we caught it in time and cancelled the cheque before the survey.

Rang my house despite my no being on Tps alleging it wasn't a sales call and they were doing research work for the government.My windows were too new for them to be able to survey offer so the guy said he couldn't do anything for me and hung up.Not a sales call my arse!!

this company is preying on vulnerable trying convince people they are a government company which they are not, they should be investigated and shut down asap.

Fantastic, 5 out of 5 for me, prices were phenomenal as well as great quality products. Windows are very high quality and would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for repairs and upgrades.

Absolute scum,phoned my parents and said they were offering a service backed by governments grants,badgered them into making an order,and then said,when my mum rang the next day,that no refund could be offered as they had ordered the parts(14 day cooling off period is a statutory right under law),when informed later by myself that they were legally required to refund the money,they said that a refund would be 5 days,2 weeks later...nothing.

My neighbour totally suckered in with this company, who arranged a meeting by phone call (yes, she is TPS registered). Beware!When on site, they mentioned a connection with British Gas, which doesn't exist, and assured her that she could get a huge discount which would be paid by the energy companies".It won't. Their modus operandi appears to be to give a huge quote

WARNING!!!!! this is NOT a government backed scheme, This company will hard sell over priced windows and glass, demand large deposits to guarantee you the huge discount they have made up, and although you legally have a 14 day cooling off period to cancel they will not honour a refund. We have spent 3 weeks phoning 4-5 times a week to try and get to speak to Alex Goldthorpe (so called company director) to get my pensioner mother her money back. They do not answer calls or emails, they are rude and put the phone down on you and even mock the situation. We now have trading standards on the case for us and hopefully get this so called company stopped. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Targetting the elderly and vulnerable is appalling. Giving false ratings and fake discounts is fraud.Pressure tactics. An absolute disgrace of a business.Get them closed down.

Do not use. They were in the office next to us before they moved. They were so rude to customers, swearing at them and laughing about them after the call. When they left we have had nothing but contact after contact trying to get in touch as their windows were never delivered or have developed faults. They always seem to be elderly and have no money in the first place. Heartbreaking.

I was rung by this company but when I asked for their phone number and said that I would of course check them out before letting anyone survey my property, I was given some story about both homeowners having to be at home, and he closed the call immediately, seeing that I was not likely to be taken in. Avoid.
