Fantastic customer service warm staff. My 13yr old son’s Apple Pay wouldn’t work but they put him ast ease and said pay in a couple of days . They didn’t make a fuss , which was very thoughtful (as he’s autistic and takes things to heart!) great team

I've been getting my hair done at Toni and Guy Harrow for 8 years now and I love it every time. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and Ian particularly does an amazing job with my colour jobs every time. I went to the Harrow Toni&Guy branch to get my hair dyed blue. Ian did a very thorough job and although it was a long process, he made sure I was conformable throughout. I highly recommended going to him if you want your hair coloured in any way - he is a true professional!

After long time been to T&G Harrow and it has been fantastic satisfying experience with Lara. One thing I missed in Spain was T&G even though there are good Hairdressers. I have enjoyed going to T&G Harrow for long time and each time I get best service from Lara. She knows my hair, hair cut style that I like and suits me.
