This dental practice is excellent. I cannot recommend it enough. The staff are very helpful and empathetic with different circumstances, and the dentist I go to with my children is so professional and calming. Recently my daughter was extremely nervous about a small procedure but he calmed her, explained everything he was doing and managed to settle her nerves after about half an hour of gentle persuasion. I would not want to go to any other dental practice.

I have been with this practice over 25 years now and they continue to provide a professional but friendly service. Communication before visits is excellent, a reminder text about my appointment a few days before and a reminder to do all the forms online to save time in the service.

Always a great service from the welcoming reception team and the skilled Dentist. Shelly is an asset to the practice, she explains everything in Layman’s terms and has a great eye for detail. Extremely happy with the service at T&D.

Like other reviewers, I tried to make an appointment but was told I could no longer attend as NHS patient because I had a bad record apparently! Last appointment I had, they cancelled and I generally let anyone know if I am unable to attend. They quoted appointment cancellation back in 2015! Clearly they are having a cull and making everyone pay large sums of money. I asked what the charges would be and it was a jump from around twenty odd pounds to nearer two hundred. To be fair, I always had good service but in recent years my dentists kept changing. I agree with other reviewers about no loyalty.

Got me in within 30 minutes of making a call for a very painful tooth that needed extracting. Helen the receptionist really is in a league of her own, compassionate, professional and very helpful. Arranged everything for me, I just arrived, Helen did the rest, got me into see the dentist pronto, Tracey the dentists assistant was helpful, friendly and reasurring. The Dentist was professional, polite and very skilled. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Amazing service, my advice; if you need ANYTHING doing; give Titley Darby & Associates a call first, their number is the only one you'll need. 10/10 top notch service by everyone.

I have been with this practice since 1958 and during that time I have always been very pleased with the service I have received. Now at 80 years of age, and still with the practice, due mainly to the pandemic, I did not seek an appointment for over three years by which time my teeth were in need of various forms of treatment.Because I have motor neurone disease I am wheelchair bound. However on the occasions of my visits I found all of the staff extremely helpful and in particular was absolutely delighted with the treatment I received from the dentist and nurse. I would fully recommend this practice.

Great customer service, Both receptionists and dental staff have been incredibly helpful and kind. They are informative & the atmosphere in the clinic is lovely and clean.
