Student Accommodation Carmarthen

Number 7 has been my home for the last 3 years, the rent is super cheap,it’s a massive house, big bedrooms and is 5 minutes away from campus.Sally and nick have been absolutely great landlords and always go out of their way to help with anything!I would honestly recommend the house To anyone!

Honestly been one of the best years of my life. I've met so met so many amazing people who I know will be friend's for life, which is something money just can't buy ;) The house is in a fab area, with a large park opposite, a big garden, loads of parking space, AND is a short walk to town centre/uni campus. A really nice introduction into the world of renting, haha. Would definitely recommend to someone who's leaving home for the first time.

Nick and Sally have been very welcoming landlords. I've had nothing but good experiences with both accommodations that I've lived in. Their accommodations are reasonably priced, which is always a plus, would recommend.

I lived here for three years. It's a very nice house that used to be a convent. The rent is very cheap (all bills included along with free use of washing machine and tumble dryer). The house was always kept warm during the cold months and nearly all the rooms are of a considerably large size. It's also a very short walk from the art college/university and not too far from town either.

Fantastic stay, couple who own the property have more lettings which are clean, tidy and well kept. Nick and sally are a wonderful helpful pair and nothing is to much trouble. Any students staying here will be safe and well looked after. If i could give it more than 5 stars i would.

I really enjoyed my time in the house and I think Sally is very well suited to running the business, however the house is poorly maintained (second hand appliances that we were blamed for) but that is expected for the price However her daughter was nothing but rude and aggressive at every opportunity and referred to as the 'bulldog'. Her husband Nick was also openly rasist towards the BT wifi staff when sorting out WiFi (also other questionable quotes) If only had to deal with Sally I would rent again however that not the case. Also the reviews from everyone else are good because they need a good review from their landlords to get another tennecy agreement so bare that in mind and leave that 5*. Great Place for student accommodation! I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it to any student studying in Carmarthen. Sally and Nick were great landlords the entire time I rented accommodation from them for 2 years. A great place to be!

I have lived in 7a Picton place for a year (2019/20) and it has been one of the best decisions I have made regarding housing during my studies. The rent was cheap and The landlords were very responsive. The rooms were decently sized and 7a (the cottage) had a homely feel. Overall it was a lovely experience living with my housemates and with people from next door over in number 7.

lovely and helpful landlords that were always around to help with any problems. very spacious and well looked after house that's walking distance to both the university and town centre. would recommend:)

I have lived in both Number 7 and 7a (The Cottage). Both have been homely and welcoming places to live. Great houses, great rooms, great landlords!
