Poor service, they pestered us to leave while we were browsing when it was still 6:45pm (closing at 7pm). Later when there was miscommunication on the purchased items, they didnt let us reverse the transactions, saying it was too much hassle. Oh, did i tell you their fridge magnet is more expensive (3 for 10 pounds) than the next two shops we visited (4 for 10 pounds), which were still open past 7pm. I love Scotland, but I’m losing my love in this store.

Its a very nice shop to buy Scotland and Edinburgh souvenirs like keychains , magnets , bagpiper instruments , scottish kilts , dresses , badges , etc. They even sell Scottish baked goodies like Shortbread , cookies , chocolates ,etc. They have lots of gifting options if you wish to take something Scottish for someone. The service is fast. They accept both cash and card payments. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
