I have been seeing Jane for nearly a year and through her warm, relaxed caring and professional person she has helped me massively. I have seen significant improvements which have really helped my self confidence and self esteem. Jane is a perfectionist and so you are in safe hands.

I visited this electrolysis place for hair removal on my upper lip, hoping it would be the best option for sensitive areas. While Jane was very nice, I must admit that I wasn't entirely satisfied with the treatment for various reasons. Even after nearly one year of sessions with Jane, there was no visible effect on the hair; it remained exactly the same.Initially, I thought my body might not react as well to electrolysis compared to others, but I later discovered that wasn't the case. Upon trying a different place, I realized that the technique used by Jane was not quite right. During the electrolysis process at her place, I felt nearly no pain, while I could feel pain while the pulling of each hair afterward. Ideally, it should have been the opposite. In contrast, the new place I went to might have caused some discomfort during the electrolysis, but I felt no pulling sensation afterward.Furthermore, at Jane's place, the intervals between sessions were quite long (1.5 to 2 months), whereas the new place recommended more frequent visits, around 2-3 weeks apart.Lastly, I found the price at Jane's place to be on the higher side, especially considering the lack of effective results. However, since I switched to the other place, I have noticed a significant reduction in hair on my upper lip, suggesting that it wasn't an issue with my body's reaction.I feel sorry for writing this review, as Jane was truly nice, but I must admit I was far from satisfied with the overall outcome of her treatment.

I had a mole that had become bothersome, bigger, faded and like a skin tag. The doctor said it wasn't sinister and needed to be removed privately and I thought it would be expensive. I found Jane on Google and everything was so simple. A quick video consultation was booked in, agreed cost range depending on time. Questions answered. Booked in a mutually agreed time, which was within 10 days.Very friendly and professional service. The treatment started while we were chatting and that was a great distraction, it was finished within the lesser time and price (lower than expected). I left with aftercare power and instructions. Within 6 days the mole had fallen off, within 4 weeks everyone had noticed how well it was healing.Very pleased with the results and it's only been 4 weeks.
