Honestly cannot recommend Timeless elegance enough, the welcome you receive is beyond expectation, Kasia was outstanding and the first dress I tried on was the one! First shop, first dress, I cannot recommend Timeless elegance enough, ladies you are amazing! Cannot wait to come back for bridesmaid dresses! Eva you are also a dream, so friendly and wonderful! Kasia was phenomenal at my appointment and helped me to choose THE dress! She felt as if she was in my corner the whole time, sharing her expertise and hyping me up. I've recently collected my wedding dress and I couldn't recommend Timeless Elegance more! The team are so so lovely, welcoming and supportive to help you to find the right dress for you. I was really worried about wedding dress shopping but they made me feel so comfortable and had so much choice. I also had it altered by them and the seamstress was so knowledgeable, friendly and made it look even more beautiful. I can't wait to send them the photos!Thank you so much Eva and team xx

From the bottom of my heart I just want to thank Eva for making the entire experience of finding a dress so special and memorable. The atmosphere just walking in was magical and everyone was so friendly and lovely. It was wonderful to get a moment to sift through all the sparkle to choose a few dresses, I felt like such a princess. With Eva’s help - who completely understood my vision I got there! I’m such a particular person and she was so accommodating. Her creativity helped my vision come alive and I felt so comfortable in the process! We went beyond the hour I paid for and she didn’t rush me at all, everyone was so encouraging and made me feel pretty. It was such a lovely room to be in as well. I’d go back every day if I could! The champagne provided for me and all my friends and family was such a lovely touch too, I really appreciated how attentive she was to all of us! I was completely stunned to find my dream dress and with a few added touches we are yet to complete, sleeves I slipped on and off, Eva helped make that dream complete as did her mother who made some further suggestions. I loved being around creatives who helped me make the dream come alive! I want to thank Timeless elegance for dealing with my indecisiveness, particular ways, and reluctant-ness to actually say yes, you were so patient! But it’s easily one of the best yeses I did say (apart of course from the most obvious ones you can imagine!), I can’t wait to see the final piece. Timeless elegance met all my wedding dress needs and sent me off with the cutest little gift package, you were so confident but so right Eva, I was going to say yes that day! Xx

Amelia was so lovely and helpful and the first dress I tried on was the one which just shows how much they listen to you and know what suits you the best. At the end the whole team was there to help and made me feel so special ❤️ thank you so much girls and I already can’t wait to come back and put it on again eeee!! You’re the best!

I had a wonderful experience in your store. The lady looking after me was very attentive and she spent an extra hour and half with us which was so kind of her. She really made the experience personal and special. She really is a big asset to the store! The dresses were all lovely and it was hard to make a decision. The dresses all had elements that I loved. Because I was travelling down from the north east Friday was the only day I had to look for dresses and so I booked two bridal appointments. I found my dream dress in the second store and it was the first dress I tried, I think it was meant to be. Thank you again for taking the time to see us on the weekend. It was a memorable moment for us all and greatly appreciated.

I can not recommend Timeless Elegance Bridal highly enough. I was incredibly nervous to go dress shopping, as a plus size bride I had heard a lot of horror stories, but Eva was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I felt so comfortable all the way through my appointment, she really patient and supportive with me and made the whole experience so special. Eva was able to help me envisage what the dress could look like with alterations etc and was really knowledgeable about the dress designers. The team have been amazing at staying in touch with updates on the dresses arrival, fittings etc. I can’t wait to pick up my dress, and I’m really sad I’ll never get to have that experience again.

From start to finish, my experience with Timeless Elegance has been utterly faultless. Every one of the team has been knowledgeable, patient and kind. Everything you would want from someone handling your dreams!I also chose to have my alterations done by Timeless and i can not recommend that service enough, the team know the dresses so well and can make the most precise recommendations needed to make your dress fit like a glove.I am so incredibly happy with the finished result and with my entire experience at Timeless Elegance.
