This store has become a nightmare to shop in. Whoever designed the car park needs to go back to school, the rearranging of the inside of the store doesn't work, the new fridges make the isles narrow. To top it all, the smartshop system is constantly dropping out.

Down there last evening. No manned tills open. Was told had to use self checkout. Asked why. Was told they were short staffed. Although there were 4 staff behind the tills laughing and joking for 10 minutes.No heating in the store. Prices higher than most other stores. Bye Bye Sainsburys

The worst carpark entrance I've ever come across. 5 mph seems too fast. Plus extremely tight turns with speed humps. Larger vehicles will struggle and I think it's an accident waiting to happen. Poor planning and a bad design.Christchurch Sainsbury's sort it out.

Good convenient store . Usually we'll stocked with competitive pricing in what is volatile market place. Staff always helpful. Some disruption at present due to store improvement work but on the whole excellent.

About 6 times a year we do our big shop here after a walk along avon beach. We always use the Cafe as do a lot of other pensioners. It was a bit of nostalgia as we used to take our mum there when she lived in Highcliffe and do our shop whilst doing hers. Well now we do not have to go there anymore as the Cafe has been shut. I appreciate costs have gone up but it was a cheap hot meal for customers who are watching the pennies. We had a meal in the Cat and Fiddle instead and will do our shop at Asda instead.

Big supermarket store. There are plenty of isles for fresh produce. The stpre layout is clear, and everything is well signed and posted. There are enough checkout tills and staff are very helpful.

Nice handy supermarket to have. Lots of choice. Town is pretty quiet with just the essentials. But nice to have a nice new supermarket handy for all the locals plus us tourists visiting the new forest area.

Popped in for lunch, chose all-day breakfast, but had run out of sausage, so they doubled up on bacon. Not the same. Cafe was air conditioned, sat with coat done up, frozen! Other people cold too, server said it was nice and refreshing when you work in a hot kitchen...... but I dont!! Tonnes of sausages in fridges downstairs. Crazy world aye!! Still they shut for good shortly.
