Expert Cleaning & Maintenance 4U in Action Ltd

Mike and Gary came early this morning (on a Saturday) and cleared almost a months worth of rubbish from 18 flats. You can imagine how much rubbish this was, including maggots and at least one very lively rat!! They worked so hard & efficiently and left the area spotless. We are so impressed and would recommend them in a heartbeat!! Although most of the other tenants didn't have the opportunity to say thank you - we're sure all of them appreciate all that Mike & Gary have done. Both men had a lovely cheerful disposition and worked dilligently, reminding us of the words at Proverbs 13:4 ...The dilligent one will be fully satisfied (or prosper)". Excellent fast and affordable service, cant recommend highly enough

We use Expert Cleaning & Maintenance 4 U a couple of times per year and once again have had an excellent service with plants removed from roof, weeds and debris removed from side entrance, overgrown hedge cut back that had grown over roof and chairs disposed of. Reasonable price and great communication – we were kept up to date of times of visits. Highly recommended.Birmingham Settlement

Don't know much about the cleaning side of the business however the reviews show you're decent at it. It's the driving I've got an issue with. Your lad who drives through Northfield and down shenley towards hagley road daily is an absolute scumbag. Tailgating people within millimetres,easily doing 60 in a 30. This isn't the first time I've been behind him obviously. He's going to end up killing somebody or himself. Drives like a neanderthal who's only been shown the accelerator. Must go through thousands of brake pads a year with the way he slams his brakes every two seconds,due to the tailgating. Swerving in and out of traffic to get a three second advantage,grow up lad you're in a branded work van. You're going to end up hurting someone. Either set out for your journey earlier or hand your licence in because you're awful.

I had this company very reliable done a very good job of decorating in my house I will be using this company again an will recommend it to everybody very good service.

Brilliant from start to finish. A quote for a garden tidy up and lawn service was provided by Mike and his team within an hour of contact. The work included lawn cutting, edging, strimming, and weeding to an extremely high standard. Mike and his team removed all trash. I could not have hoped for a better service. The garden is neat and tidy and looks amazing. Mike and his team worked extremely hard all morning and all for a very competitive price. This was the worst cleaning job ,three of them turned up an older woman her son and her boyfriend they soaked both my sofas and a week later they are still wet in between the cushions leaving them stinking they did not know about browning which is the colour from underneath bleeding through , they were extremely unprofessional in their approach the woman telling me personal details of her love life . I rang them 2 days later to explain that my sofas were still soaking and the same woman answered the phone I was truly shocked and angry by the way she spoke to me she told me I was a money grabber and that my sofas were tat and needed chucking out then put the phone down on me . I really cannot believe a proffesional buisness would treat its customers like this I am honestly appalled by the work they did and the treatment I received. Please do not use these people see photos below
