Good selection of cards and wrappings but queue but till can be long and shop is very narrow, so can get crowded

Great quality cards at cheap prices. Why people still pay Clinton's prices I don't know. They all end up in the bin after a few days.

I rang the card factory this morning to see if they had any helium and was spoken to by Bright (I asked him his name)he was so pleasant and helpful told me to bring the balloon in and he would fill for me.He did this as soon as I took it in no problem. We had bought the Stormtrooper balloon in the Sittingbourne branch (who also have excellent customer service!)just wanted to write this review so the card factory management know how great their staff are. Also a brilliant range of products at great prices.

So many options to choose from at such reasonable prices. The selection is great and the customer service is great.I love the fact that there’s such a variety of things, wrapping paper, cards, gift sets, mugs, glasses, plush toys,jewellery and more.Staff are helpful and friendly and the shop is clean,tidy and organised so it’s very easy to shop here.Definitely recommend a visit.

Bought our Xmas cards and present bags early this year,the shop is well prepared for lots of customers with all tills open when busy so go early as it can be very crowded nearer Xmas and the queues are long but they move quickly.

Very cheap attractive cards spoilt by rude staff. I was browsing and a large member of staff with short hair was standing behind me pulling a face because she needed to stack a shelf and I was in the way. I just happened to turn around and catch her. I appreciate she has to do her job but equally customers need to take their time when browsing. Is she not familiar with the word excuse me.Would I visit this shop again. Never, Not with such awful staff.
