Nice people in the store but they damaged my only key and then proceeded to tell me it was already broke before I arrived. Ended up spending £100s to get a locksmith to get me back into my locked home because of the key they damaged. Not happy.

I had a very uncomfortable experience in the Haymarket store (Leicester) today. I approached the guy ar the counter asking if I can get a set of keys cut. He helped me. Upon completing the job, I was asked ‘cash or card’ and I opted to pay by card. The card machine that was presented to me asked to ‘enter pin’ to ‘register’. I simply inputted my PIN number, then it asked to present my card again. I questioned the guy who served me to say ‘I’ve just entered my PIN number twice, am I being charged twice?’ and he responded to say ‘that previous step didn’t mean anything’. How am I as a customer meant to be reassured by this response? I just inputted sensitive information to process a transaction, and the colleague working alongside him jokingly jarred to say ‘be careful, he might charge you twice if you aren’t watching’. I left the store feeling very upset regarding the status of the transition made, and do not feel I can approach this ‘trusted’ service in the future.

I went to make key and the time defines that phrase Fast & Furious is for this guy at the shop, so quick and easy. Icing on the cake is his attitude so friendly and so full of life that if you are in bad mood of shopping trust me you gonna fill whole your hands with bags if you visit him before any shop, very happy with the service.

It's the best place when you r looking to get it fix your watches or key cutting even dry cleaning....:)
