Definitely not a garage I would recommend. I took my Mercedes in to have a fault fixed with the gearbox. After umpteen phone calls to them and loads of excuses from them they eventually replaced a brake pedal switch at a cost of £186.00 and said to me that if that doesn't work take it to a Mercedes dealer or auto electrician. If I had been told that in the first place I wouldn't have wasted nearly two weeks and £186.00. The car went wrong with the same complaint the next day.

Had my car for 4 months to swop a gearbox, after 2 months I had to source a gearbox after continuous excuses they could not source one. I got one the same day . then after 2 more months and a plenty of phone calls and visits to there garage, I finally got the car back, opened the door, and was full of there rubbish, coffee cups, bottles of empty water,old food wrappers .drove the car home ,10 miles, last time its worked. won't even start, there is an electrical fault. going to a proper garage now. sort out there bodge.no point going back to them . . Avoid

I'm delighted with job done on my car.Two other garages couldn't find the source of a loud, scraping noise coming from the front, when I was advised it might be a gearbox issue I thought this would be very expensive.My wife took the car to them and they quickly found a small and inexpensive problem, hidden behind some sheilding, less than £100 to fix.Thanks so much for your help.

The gearbox from my BMW 5 series was not going into park mode. They had my car for over 2 weeks and wasted so much of my time. They told me that in the oil from my gearbox they found pieces of metal and they said they can try to repair it and it would cost £1800 but they cannot guarantee that the car will work...? So I took my car from them and handled it to another garage. The repair took this other garage 15 minutes! The issue was with the screw on the side of the gearbox. All that needed to be done was for the screw to be adjusted! Other garage charged me £50. PLEASE AVOID THIS GARAGE, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND SCAM PEOPLE.

Was actually happy with the work done, but not the mess left in the cars undertray which ended all over my block paved drive.Asked for the car to be checked the day after and it was done reluctantly by them, and also at time it was agreed i would return a month later just to be sure there was no further issue. I booked in for the return visit not just turned up and on inspection of the car was happy, this was until the owner decided he wanted to charge me for the check.So in hindsight work was ok apart from the mess and they are obviously good within the field of the industry they work in, but the customer service and back up is terrible and on that basis can’t recommend.

Avoid this garage at all costs. They've had my car for almost 6 weeks now and it's still not been fixed. On the first day it arrived there they told me that the computer needs to be sent off despite telling them that the gearbox malfunction came up on the dashboard and the car kept slipping gears and that'd take 2 weeks. So 3 weeks later I ask for an update to find out they haven't even sent it off yet. They said the engineer that was assigned to fix my car had to go for a back operation a few weeks ago, so why not reassign it to someone else or at least inform me so that I can take it somewhere else and not have it sat at the garage for 3 weeks doing nothing. Then eventually when the computer gets sent off, they say it'll take 3-10 days to fix, 11 days later and it's still not fixed. They then said it'll be done by the end of the week, end of the week arrives and it's still not done, its now been another week since then and the car still isnt fixed, i emailed them twice asking for updates, one time they just didnt give me one and the other they just ignored me. I have now refunded my car due to the absurd amount of time and money this has taken and cost, i urge you not to go here.

Took my car here following a gearbox malfunction and this seemed the most suitable garage for the fault, how wrong was I. The fault was diagnosed at the roadside with a AA report showing the faulty part, however they chose to ignore this and subsequently spent 5 hours diagnosing a fault to find that the part already advised was faulty, during this time they damaged my leather armrest and failed to put all of the parts back together correctly. After they quoted me for the repair and I accepted, the work was carried out. Once complete they then informed me that the bill had increased as more time was needed and failed to inform me of this prior to them doing the work. Once collected the repair lasted less than a week before it was returned for the same issue. They temporarily rectified the issue. Throughout the whole experience they promised me that it would be looked at tomorrow which went on for weeks. The repair then lasted another month before it failed again. At this point I chose to take it to another garage as there unprofessional Manor left me with no confidence. Due to my personal experience I would highly recommend that if you want a professional, reliable and honest garage stay clear of the automatic gearbox company
