Skip Hire In Coventry

You wouldn't have thought getting a skip delivered would be so stressful! It started well offering a next day delivery of the skip, however the skip didn't arrive the next day. There was no call to say it wouldn't be there, they just didn't turn up. I eventually got through the phone system to talk to someone who said it would be there on the Friday, several days later. Again it didn't turn up. Eventually after more calls it eventually turned up on the Saturday almost a week late.I had preordered the collection so assumed it would be simple.... but alas no! The collection day came and went and again lots and lots of chasing. It would be collected on the Friday... again didn't turn up. Finally was collected the following Monday.Just be aware this isn't a local company, even though they market themselves as a local company. They use a national system and the person you are talking to has no idea where your skip is or when it would be delivered. They are friendly enough but really I would never order from them again.There are more local companies who will give you much better service.

My friend recommended this company for my cleanup project which I had to arrange. My first contact with them through their customer service was just wonderful all through to the dropping off. They offered an affordable price and they made everything relatively easy.

This is the worse service i have ever received in my life. They are unreliable, unprofessional and my business has suffered as a result of using their services. And they certainly do not deserve a 1 star i wish there's a lower star to give out.

I called them at 8 am on a Saturday. I needed the skip 2 hours later. They delivered the skip before 10 am.

We requested a skip for next day delivery. Delivered with no problems. Getting it collected was a whole other story. Had to phone almost daily trying to get it collected before completion of house sale. Promised collections never happened. Finally collected after two weeks and the driver chucked a mattress off before taking it. No contact at all. Worst customer service ever!
