Unfortunately I am very disappointed about the way they cook food here.The service was great and I can’t complain, and the staff always there to help..but..the food that I’ve ordered was an absolute mess..it looked that the food was cooked days ago,and then preheated in the microwave.I have ordered a Romanian platter(mici)that was supposed to be cooked on a grill and the smell and taste was just so bad, that I was forced to throw all the food away.The soup (ciorba de burta) was mixed with flour and had just a remembrance of what that was supposed to taste..I really think that they need to rethink how they run the kitchen as this is just inadmissible..see picture below picture so you can be your own judge..

Such a nice place to eat! The staff was really polite and the food was delicious and the wine was very tasty.

The food was really nice and I actually felt like I was back in Romania, but the service was a bit unexperienced and maybe a bit lazy, as the restaurant wasn't even busy. I don't know for sure if I would come back there because of the poor service.

Excellent food, cheap. Rather have good cooked food than a £20 pizza. Soups are great, ' sarmale 'awesome, 'ceafa de porc la grătar ' best choice. Feels like home! Recommendations: include the bread in the menus for free, not to pay it extra. Or create menus that have everything in them & have plenty of food; skip the add-ons. And yes ..big smiles from the waitresses please!

Always had some really nice traditional romanian foods here! But yesterday’s visit was even improved with service more catered for English speakers. I would recommend the stuffed cabbage leaves, soups and pork stew and definitely some traditional doughnuts for dessert, yum!!

This is a go to place in case you wanna try roimanian cousin while in Coventry, gave only 4 stars because you can't be a roumanian restaurant and not have good quality mici, none of my friends particularly liked them since they're a bit lacking in spices.

The place for try romanian food is very pretty, nice warm and comfortable on there you can forget about that you're living in England and to feel like in Romania with good decoration, very nice wc, lovely music on a plasmas televisions and different plates but they should improve the quality of the pork on the ciorba de burta soup...The mici are not enough tasty either...But overall you can eat for a fair price
