Opening hours wrong online. Turned up according to the times listed and was met with very rude attitude as they were closing and hour earlier than listed. I explained their times were incorrect online and I got pretty bad attitude back. Poor customer relations. Would put me off going into either store again.

one of staff beyond ignorant and wouldn't help or show a second's patience. I explained that I had a disability and her behaviour was even worse!!

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeaaasse update your opening hours on your website. Twice I have checked to see if you're open and twice you have been closed. There isn't even a display of opening hours in the shop.

Staff arent very nice and can be very rude but its a functioning post office provided that the staff are willing to work and not tell you to clear off.
