I was looking for a new bed frame and did some research online before I went to the store. I fell in love with a frame online and it was such a good deal! I decide to go to the store and picked it up. I must say they have excellent customer service! I walked in and probably looked lost as a dog since I didn't know which way to go. The place was so huge! I was greeted and immediately offered some help.

As a minimal interior design studio we only use a few quality pieces in our interiors. We’d highly recommend Viaduct. Great selection and, more importantly, great service. I had a non-obvious issue with a discounted sale item that it took me some time to spot -- but they went above and beyond what I have come to expect of most furniture shops, and dealt with my problem quickly, efficiently, and without quibbling. That kind of customer service is what will make me purchase from them again.
