Claire (from the Castle Marina store) has been amazing throughout the entire process of buying our flooring. She took us through everything and answered all our questions, including ones we didn’t think to ask!She also never pushed a sale and at every point made us feel welcomed at the store.If you need to go for a flooring, I can’t recommend Claire enough. I hope she gets the recognition she rightfully deserves for going above and beyond :)

We have been treated and spoken to in a disgusting mannor by this stores manager. wouldn't expect this at all from a company so big. You'd Get better customer service from a 16 year old working in Mcds with no experience. I'm not sure where they found him. He didn't want to sort any isses out regarding our dodgy laid floor by the cowboys they hire. He didn't listen to a word we said. He took the fitters word and wouldn't do any further investigation into the matter. He said he had to believe the fitters and take their word that we had massive American fridge/freezer which was causing our vynly to bubble and come away from the wall when really we have a single standing fridge. Their customer service team aren't any better.

Awful customer service. We came in here looking for some flooring for our Kitchen and wanted some advice. Two members of staff were just sat there having a conversation/complaining loudly about an issue they were having with head office and completely ignoring us, despite me trying to make eye contact multiple times. We hung around hoping they would finish, but after they finished their conversation, the woman just walked off the shop floor and the other man just continued to ignore us. Decided there and then that I would rather take our business elsewhere. Recommend anyone else to do the same if you want actual help with your flooring. So rude

Really useful carpet shopWent to get a ball park quote for our new place, couldn't be more helpful, my wife and I will go back tomorrow to order over a £1,000.00's worth or carpet. Great value, free fitting if you buy underlay.
