This gym is awesome! The staff are lovely and go above and beyond! Brand new gym facilities, equipment, toilets and showers which are lovely!I've been coming for years and they are always doing stuff to improve the place! The gym is always very clean.. a lovely local gym community, with a lovely coffee shop!! highly recommend to anyone!!

Visited The Gym while staying at Ruda, it's well equipped, super friendly and a nice coffee shop. Thanks so much... holidaying while on prep isn't easy but glad I found this little gem.

Small but perfectly formed. If you’re interested in working out with all the right equipment this is the place for you. I went as a one-off during my holiday and was really impressed

A really friendly, genuine gym with staff and instructors who truly care. Great facilities. Feels like home when you visit for a workout or class, and they have an amazing speciality coffee shop there too that sells delicious drinks, bakes and bagels. A must visit!

Really welcoming and friendly gym. Would recommend to anyone looking to start at a gym or move. Added perk of an amazing coffee shop which has delicious cakes and good quality coffee

Joined 2 weeks ago and so friendly. Booked the induction which is a must and very comprehensive. Caitlin was wonderful, talked me through all my needs, worked out a plan and I now have an app with my workout..little videos to remind me what to do..all the weights I'm working to...perfect.

Nice little gym. Gets relatively busy and isn't that large. Allows pay as you go but was a little concerned not to be asked to complete a parq form (health questionnaire) or sign in. Decent equipment though and pretty clean.

Looks great after the refurbishment, great free weight section, its got all the machines you need, would be nice to have leg curl machine. Great staff will also spot you if you ask.

Fantastic gym, lots of varied equipment and spaces for whatever type of workout you want. The owners and staff are lovely. As is the coffee next door!
