I come here very often but every single time: the staff are so rude and on the phone constantly, don’t care if customer are waiting. Seriously need to be taken into consideration from the management team

I recently attended this costa for a latte. It was the opening day after a refurb and food supplies - as well as tempers - were extremely frayed. I was waiting in the queue behind one other person to be served, but was overlooked and the person after me was served before me. Upon asking if there were two queues I was met with an overly zealous male member of staff who was intent on making up for his error by persisting on serving me a free coffee before attending to the ever increasing morning queue of customers - they were totally ignored as he tried to make up for his mistake. As I was very obviously going to be served by another staff member imminently I insiated that I was happy to wait as next in line but the particular male member of staff (possibly in charge?) Became very obstinate and totally ignored the growing queue to enter into a verbal argument with me over what I wanted?! I would not have reported this save for the fact that I understand a notice has appeared on the wall of said establishment apparently stating something about staff being shown respect - quite rightly. To that end, I would suggest therefore that a similar notice should be displayed stating that customers should also be shown respect as I was not afforded that on my visit. Disappointed customer.

It is a wonderful place to have your morning COFFEE ☕️. The only problem is that there is no Wi-Fi and the network is weak here to use your phone internet.

Service is generally ok.The seating area has a nice atmosphere and is great for reading a book or studying.Simple coffees are a bit on the pricier side but enjoyable.

A decent cafe in a great location next to the station. The service was good and fairly efficient. There is also plenty of seating to accommodate busy periods.

I am not one to leave negative reviews but this one impacted me. I visited here on Friday the 3rd and I don’t think I will ever be returning again. As someone who works in sales I can understand when the day gets a little hectic but noticing how stressed this staff members were and how little work they did as a team it put me off returning and I felt so rushed and unsettled. I was really disappointed as they got my order wrong and they didn’t even seem to care.

Well located branch with good selection of drinks and snacks. All made to good quality. Store is clean and atmosphere is friendly. Toilet facilities are well kept. Nice place for a pit stop
