Primrose Lane Bakery - Not open to public

Helen created our cake for our wedding last year. She was extremely helpful and, even throughout a lockdown, managed to make sure we still felt engaged in the process.The cake was absolutely incredible. Helen helped to tease out our idea into a final design which we were delighted with. The cake itself tasted unbelievable.We couldn't be happier with our choice and only wish we'd another to eat now!

Wow, the cake Helen baked and designed for us was just stunning! It was such an amazing moment to have seen the cake for the first time on the wedding day. We loved all tiers of the cake but the coconut & passionfruit tier was just out of this world. None of us had tried a cake like this before and we received so many compliments from our guests.Thanks so much Helen for a beautiful cake!

The best to deal with and consult on what we wanted for our wedding day and how the cake and macarons could compliment our theme.No request was too much and Helen was just the nicest to deal with! Would highly recommend!Plus the cake was delicious!!

5 stars really isn't enough for Helen! From start to finish Helen was such a dream to work with, not only were was my cake on the day stunning it tasted absolutely beautiful as well! Helen was also so accommodating when we asked for an extra slab of carrot cake and something Gluten Free for my Mother in Law! Cannot recommend Primrose Lane Bakery enough, I will most definitely be going back for celebration cakes in the future!! We got married in May 2023 and were recommended by our venue to make contact with Primrose Lane Bakery. The cake was out of this world both in looks and taste. We were so happy with it and our guests spoke very highly of the beautiful flavours of the cake. Couldnt recommend it enough.

We couldn't have been happier with our wedding cake from Primrose Lane in October-23. Not only did it look gorgeous but all of the layers were absolutely divine, we couldnt get enough of it! It was so easy to communicate with Helen, and she took care of the delivery, set up and arranging the flowers on the cake on the day so it was one less thing for us to think about. Ordered for a baby shower, absolutely delicious. Best cake I've ever ordered. The sponge was soft and moist and the lemon curd was a perfect mix of sweet and tangy. Such stunning cakes as well.

What can I say, Helen created the most beautiful wedding cake for us. Not only is she an absolutely brilliant baker she’s a true professional. From the first email to Helen we just knew that we wanted to work with her. She’s kind and friendly and nothing is a problem for her. We met her for cake tasting and we were spoiled with the most beautiful cake. She was so accommodating and when we had a last minute change it wasn’t a problem. We needed a gluten free tier on our cake and she delivered the most beautiful raspberry and white chocolate sponge tier. The cake was more beautiful than we could have imagined and her attention to detail was magnificent. Helen made us the most stunning looking cake (the photo doesn't do it justice at all), and it tasted amazing! We had it made for my sisters 50th and she absolutely loved it. Service was great too!
