£119 for a single tyre replacement is ridiculous. I came for an emergency replacement due to a puncture and was told that the budget tyre was £80. I understand that tyres can be pricey but my car isn't that big and £119 is way overpriced. The tyre was taken care of within the hour which was great and I really appreciated it due to needing my car for work but the price will stop me from returning.

Very helpful and professional guys but the customers waiting room is so cold in winter especially when you have to wait for an hour as an old or disabled person .., please provide some heating to your office . Thanks

The staff are amazing very helpfulThey could not get a locking wheel nut of and I haven’t had time to take the car to the garage they recommended so still need one tyre fittingMaybe give the correct tools and training to the staff to complete the jobs fully
