Absolutely fantastic service!! A member of staff answered the phone on the first ring and my guinea pigs had an appointment for as soon as I could get there. The vet was very knowledgeable and a nice person. They took my pet even though they're not registered with the vets practice I usually use. Maybe a bit more expensive than my day to day vet but worth every single penny!5*

The staff were friendly at St Clairs and helpful as we had not visited this vets practice before. The vet that saw our cat 'Mylo' was very good and explained things well. Over all the care Mylo received was excellent.

Very friendly, empathetic and caring staff. I had so much confidence in the team and their care. They kept great contact all the way through and I truly couldn't have asked more from them. Much thanks to the whole team!!

I know bills have to be paid, but I just felt it was all about the cost and ensuring I understood it had to be paid there and then before actually treating my dog.Animals should be the priority.I had an emergency visit which meant my dog was suffering.**Your reply is completely missing the point,I am not disputing or disagreeing with the bill, what i said was I felt my dog should have been dealt with first,I made it very clear I had no issue with the paying of my bill, I didn't care what it cost .**

Went to book an appointment online, went through the whole process and the last box at the end wasthis is not an emergency" tick. My dog is ill and in pain. Sent me right back to the start to start again

We had an emergency with our dog buddies when we phoned the night nurse was very helpful and pleasant and fitted us in quickly. When we arrived the vet assessed the situation and kept us informed at all times and kept us reassured thank you to all the team members

From the first initial phone call asking for advice on my poorly dog the staff were so warm and friendly and instantly put me at ease. Understandably there was a short wait as it is a surgery too but the vet Lyndsey was wonderful.

We are so lucky to have shared the last 12.5 years of our lives with an amazing, kind, loyal but slightly fearful German Shorthaired Pointer. When it came time for him to leave us all we wanted is that he should feel loved, unstressed and free from pain. That time came unexpectedly on a Saturday night and we could not fault the compassion of the team in helping our gentle pal with his final journey. We were anxious that the out of hours service would be rushed or hard to access. These fears were unfounded and, while devastated at his loss, the pain is eased just a bit by knowing that all that could be done was done and that he was loved and reassured by all around him in his final hours. Thank you guys.

Not great. What appeared to be a missed diagnosis meant my dog probably spent its last few days in pain. Saw another vet a few days later who noted in seconds what turned out to be terminal liver and pancreatic failure resulting in my dog having to be put down the next day. Not saying earlier diagnosis would have made a big difference but at least we might have been better prepared and made her last days more comfortable. Especially at the price charged.
