Avoid!!! No contact at all after taking payment. Calls go unanswered. Disgusting behaviour particularly considering the nature of their business. Like the other reviewer who lost their money I am also £895 down.

Really appalling service , ordered and paid for a headstone in May 20 and still waiting for it to be made , in the end I asked for a refund and still waiting avoid at all costs !!!!

The customer service I have received from SH Granite has been excellent. They have gone out of their way to get my late husbands headstone made and fitted. The quality of the headstone is outstanding, I would highly recommend SH Granite for the professionalism and kindness. Many Thanks.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I ordered and paid for a memorial stone for my husband from SH Granite in July 2020, I have not had one bit of correspondence from them whatsoever and each time I have called them for an update I have been lied to. The final straw came yesterday when I found out that they have blocked my phone number. I am now £800 down and have no memorial stone. For a you g grieving widow, this has only added to my turmoil.
