As with other customers reviews I cannot fault this company,. We have being using them for over 10years now and they really go above and beyond to make sure their oil is delivered even in the most awful weather and road conditions.. Because of where my tank is situated they call me every time before delivery.which is great.The customer service is fantastic friendly and so helpful. I probably haven't said it but I really do appreciate the effort the whole team make, so thank you bilsland and I hope to have many more years as a customer with you

Simply the best. Best prices, delivery without any questions about address etc. I run out of oil few times. I phoned in delivery day and I get it same day without extra costs. For some reason I'm checking regularly prices in other providers, but J D Bilsland are unbeatable.

Have been getting our heating oil from Bilsland for over 25 years and have never had any problems. They always deliver within a couple of days of ordering and making a payment is quick and easy. We value our relationship with this local company.

I get wood pellets delivered on a pallet from this company. The telephone service is always cheerful and friendly and the delivery service superb. Having suffered from other companies trying to deliver a nearly one ton pallet on a large truck to a difficult country road and with only a small hydraulic pallet lifter to try to get the pallet off the truck, I am so delighted with the excellent crane system used by Bilslands and the 'no site is too difficult' attitude of the drivers. Thank you so much.

I just called this business 01360 etc. She priced an empty 6kg bottle of gas at £80. My local will charge me £28 for exact same bottle. Pure and utter greed from a so called family business. Thanks Bilshitter for the heads up about your vile, not to mention vulgar practices of ripping people off

Always found to be competative on prices, staff very friendly and polite, delivary very fast with pleasant drivers. Can't fault and recommend.Update Jan 21. Needed Heating Oil prior to Christmas and again Bilsland came up trumps even though they were very busy, can't fault and will keep on recommending. Brilliant customer service, so prompt and helpful and really pulled out the stops to get me an emergency delivery one weekend. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone and looking forward to being a loyal customer for years to come. Thanks to the driver and the team in the office!

We have used Bilsland over the last 25 years and an say they have never let us down, indeed they have “saved” us on a number of occasions. Once when we ran out of fuel on Christmas Eve they were came within an hour to fill the tank! We now have a tank monitor which informs Bilsland when we are running low and they schedule a delivery when necessary. Great service, professional and friendly.

Excellent customer service, from ordering to delivery. Very polite, friendly delivery men. I had an unpleasant experience years ago, with a different oil delivery company. Their driver was unpleasant & asked if I could get my tank any further away, as he had to 'lug' his hose in my path, through the close & up to the top of my garden, said he dreaded delivering to me. I changed to Bilsland, and thought I'd apologise to their driver for distance of tank, and he said 'there is no problem at all, the hose reaches, and that's my job to get the hose to the tank'. Fast, friendly service, with competitive prices.They've also filled through another inlet on our tank, when we mistakingly forgot to unlock it, was grateful they didn't just go away, as we were low on oil.
