I was in a panic to get a hip flask engraved with a complex design for a friend. I only had a few days to sort it out. Tony in the store took a personal interest and did everything he could to help. His colleague Will sorted the engraving, and Tony emailed me proofs before going ahead, making sure that everything was right. The finished product was completed in plenty of time, and looks superb. I can't praise Tony and Will highly enough.

Top tier service from Lee in the Liverpool central station shop. He got me sorted and out of the shop in no time after my shoe broke on my way home. Very friendly and great customer service- absolutely turned a bad day around. I would obviously 100% recommend this service.

I had 3 keys cut about a few months ago. Charged me £29 which I thought was expensive at the time but it’s been a long time since I needed keys cutting. Went to get the same set of keys cut elsewhere today and was charged £10. Clearly, I was ripped off big style. Will never use again. Unacceptable behaviour.

Went into the shop next to Central Station in Liverpool to seek advice regarding repairing an old leather satchell. Very good advice from Dave who then pointed me to some black leather dye which worked really well. Saved me the cost of replacing the old satchell so great for the environment as well - excellent service - a credit to your organisation!

Great and very fast service. I got 14 pens engraved and the outcome and the timing was impeccable. Thank you for such an experience. Also Tom (if i remember correctly) was very patient with me and worked through all fonts step by step and made sure the best works out for the texture of the pens. Slightly more expensive but totally worth it. Thank you.
