Staff are really helpful in the Sunglass hut and also checked to see what additional discounts could be offered.The only downside is that the selection of sun glasses for men wasn’t a good as I have seen in some other stores.

Terrible customer service, staff were stood around talking to each other and not interested in doing any sales whatsoever 1/10

Outstanding customer service at the Sunglasses Hut in York Outlet centre. Cam was more than helpful when we were getting replacement cleaning fluid and went over and above his duties replacing the problematic lid for the spray.He is an absolute credit to Sunglasses Hut and I would highly recommend him. Lovely friendly staff, left us to browse and because of this we decided to buy. Too many shops where staff pounce on you, I like to be left to look. The lady that served us was helpful and attentive when we needed her. Good advice given on aftercare of sunglasses purchased. Would highly recommend the store at MacArthur Glen York.

Thank you Cameron.However I’ve had to give 3 star rating because the new in-store cashier forgot to make me fill out a standard warranty/subscription form at the time of purchase. Due to this I couldn’t claim my care kit. Furthermore no cleaning cloth was provided with my purchase. I also had to ask for a bag to place my new purchase inside. I understand it’s busy straight after Christmas, but this isn’t acceptable and has caused me a lot of issues.*After many failed attempts I’ve now managed to claim a care kit and cleaning cloth.Thank you

Served by a lovely chap. Didn't catch his name but he had a non English accent. Very helpful and patient.Wasn't keen on the manageress who did not have the same pleasant disposition and was lacking in people skills

I was looking for a very dark lense as the sun has started to give me headaches so I’m relying on sunglasses more and more, I went looking for the darkest lense possible, the assistant gave me lots of information and helped me choose a pair that not only suited my need but also suited my face.
