Good place for quick shopping. I ordered online and collected , was so easy and hassle free.

Friendly efficient service. Toolstation is cheaper though if they have what you need.

The staff were like androids..no real knowledge of the details of the products..The computer says no" type of people..could do with more staff of a more mature age who have a bit of life experience...too many kids...!!!"

Usually great. Becoming to get a bit miffed that after making the trip to the store, the last few items I've wanted were not in stock or not kept in store so needed to be ordered. This meant, paying postage to home, or another visit to collect. Either, way it costs me more. Getting to be a habit I'm no longer liking. I can always sit home and Amazon prime for free!

Used the online click and collect service. Bit of a queue outside but no real issues with that. The collection was safe and efficient. Screwfix are very good for all manner of hardware at reasonable prices. This is an effective way to buy in these challenging times. Would recommend.

Very efficient. As fast as I was telling the young lady on the till the items I wanted (I'd already been online to check stock) another young lady was appearing with them and whizzing off to find more.Good social distancing and one-way system in place.

Never let me down yet. Have the order ready on the app, scan, pay and out of the door in minutes with everything I need. Not in stock? Next day delivery to the store. Staff always friendly and helpful. Decent parking too.

Entered the building at 5:59, a staff member was serving a gent. I heard let’s shut the door, to which I thought due to the weather the staff was cold, therefore to help I pushed the door. A staff member seen me and said “we’re closed” I replied “I know exactly what I want, it’s only one thing”His response “No we’re closed”I explained “I’m in the building, the door was open and I only need one item”His response “We are closed”I explained “if you are closed why am I in the building?”The time he spent trying to get rid of me he could have took my money and given me what I wanted. What business turns away money?Screwfix you should set staff on who want to work, not just run out the business one the dot. I wouldn’t pay that bloke in brass washers.They also decided to put your shutters half way down before close to ensure they could run out! I’m sure some customers may have seen the shutters down and turned away……..Sort it out, if a customer is in the business you look after them, customers pay your bills.
