Premier Inn Slough

The hotel was fine, but I found a screwdriver on the floor by the toilet, even though we had children included in our booking. There were small bits of plaster or similar in the sink upon arrival. Also the room window could not be opened even slightly to allow air in when the room was hot on arrival.

Rooms a bit shabby, hotel needs a bit of decoration, but comfortable bed.Not sure the cleaning is as good as should be.20 minutes from Heathrow

Quick stay for visiting Legoland after seeing relatives in the area. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and Dinner both great value and bar was well stocked and not too expensive. Special mention for the service from Francisco who was super friendly and attentive throughout our stay, many thanks to him and the rest of his team!

Staff were super friendly!! Room lovely, clean and functional but could do with a chair in it (we needed the chair to be a bed for our daughter leaving us nowhere to sit). Restaurant lovely, a bit limited on evening food choices for children, but that's our preference. Huge choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Standard premier inn, standard food, standard service and standard room, nothing special. Seems to be industry standard now to rip the driver off instead of fleecing customers for room costs. I have no issue with paying the £6 a night parking but with all that extra money why they don't pay for a night time security guard or better vehicle security systems, vans get ripped off all the time at hotels, here even more so. management wont do anything to help the guy whose van has been robbed, cameras are always off or faulty or lamp posts not quite working right. but the same time the clamp cars and vans charge £85 to release them and will happily show you video footage of them clamping your van. More than willing to screw extra money out of their main customer monday to friday mornings by attacking vans with clamps and not helping vans attacked by thieves.

Very good staff, rooms we're as you expect clean and tidy, restaurant was good also. Car park on site although you have to pay £6 per night of your stay which is clear when you book. Very easy access to Windsor and all the attractions, we used it for Windsor Leisure centre and LEGOLAND.

Great staff, except one who's miserable and arrogant. You have to book a table at night, my problem was i stayed there for work and couldnt say what time we would be back since i work for the ambulance. Food ok when tourist time, breakfast is OK. Great choice as its buffet style.

Great Experience during our stay at this hotel. Reasonably priced. The Rooms were of a good size, clean & came with Air Conditioning. The location is great, it's 25 minutes away from Legoland, roughly a 10 minute walk to Slough Train Station for trains into Central London, the hotel is located behind a Sainsburys & a short walk over the roundabout, you'll find High Street which contains loads of different (Halal) restaurants & take aways, great for family evening meals & breakfast in the morning. The staff at the hotel were friendly & helpful, especially Christian, who looked after us during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble & made that visit that much better. He is a great representative for Premier Inn. Thank you Christian

Hotel is literally next door to sainsburys. The entrance is hidden and you can easily miss it if not paying attention.The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. TV was not as advertised online and we couldn't smartview/connect our phones to the TV to cast what we wanted. Made it awkward for when 7yr old was meant to be asleep while free view telly wasn't age appropriate.Staff and restaurant were very accommodating and friendly. Food was tasty and meal deal was a god send!!

Great location however the stay was more stressful than relaxing! We were located on the middle floor and the noise from rooms above just from people walking around is horrendous. Sounded like a heard of elephants above us until 1am then started again at 5am. I would strongly advise anyone to request a top floor room or stay elsewhere. We will not stay here again.
