Expert Verdict

I found the experience of ordering goods from this firm very unsatisfactory, took ages to sent order and very difficult to contact to enquire about said order. when goods finally arrived they had substituted another make and model without notifying me first to see if I would like a sub. Ring up and you will not get through just held in queue , e-mail and they don't bother replying, I will not be ordering anything else from this firm. Customer service needs to improve.
