Funerals From the Heart

Shortly before Christmas my family were distressed by the death of my father John. Initially we went to Funerals From The heart as they were local, we never regretted this decision for one moment. Janette, Louise and her team were both professional, understanding, warm and calming at a time of great distress for me personally. Nothing was too much trouble for them as they attempted and succeeded to make the entire procedure as pain free as possible. I will never be able to thank them enough for helping us get through what was a very difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend them. You will not get anyone better. Barbara

I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Funerals From The Heart. We lost our dad just before Christmas, any time of year is difficult to lose somebody but money wise Christmas was a real struggle to pay funeral costs. Funerals from the Heart did everything possible to keep the costs to a minimum and even advised me what to do in other areas.They made a very hard time slightly less unbearable and I'm unbelievable greatful.Very professional, kind and friendly service.Thanks again for everything you did.

I would highly recommend Funerals of the heart, There have gone above and beyond for my family the last 2 weeks following my father's death. I've met every family member and even stayed at times to just have a chat they have been amazing from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble. I can't even begin to say how amazing and truly grateful we are to Jeanette and family for all that you have done. From the moment we 1st met we felt at total ease like having a cup of tea with friends every detail met. They really have your best interests at heart. Thank you so much for everything. Xxx

So helpful and thoughtful and the most professional and caring people, my partner lost his dad not too long ago and funerals from the heart took care of him with no issues whatsoever. they go out of their way to make life easier for you in such hard times and it's so lovely to see this. From start to finish and beyond Jeanette and her team gave our family support and provided a service we couldn't fault. Helping us with the difficult task of probate, Jeanette helped us whenever we needed her and was there to answer any queries we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and helpful service.

*Edit in response to owners reply to my review*we did come in to use your services and met with a member of your staff I'm guessing its yourself who's responded to my review.. we found it really unprofessional hence why we went with someone else and left them a great review. Our dad's body had to be transferred from a funeral director in Liverpool to one in Chester and you told the funeral director in Liverpool 'why did they embalm him' as thefamily dont want to visit him..you did this without even speaking to our family on what are wishes were. This is our experience with your service and have every right to leave a review, your staff were not professional at the time and that was my opinion.Would not even give this place one star if I had the choice!! Staff (one lady in particular) could do with going on a customer service course and take a look at the way they are dressed - not very professional. If you are wanting to visit your loved one make sure you mention it as they do not embalm, we eventually found out they use ice packs and replace these every so many hours!! So glad we had a lucky escape from here and got a very professional service else where. Please do your research, funerals from the heart are cheap for a reason.

We used Funerals From the Heart for our Mum's send off and we are so pleased we did. Everyone was very professional and really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Janette, Dean, Rob, Martin, Natalie and Louise made us feel very welcome at all times and made each visit to Mum feel very special.We would highly recommend their services. You are given the price, which is very reasonable at the beginning and there wern't any hidden extras atall. Thank you for making a very stressful situation so much easier.

We would like to thank Funerals from the Heart for providing us with a totally professional service, following my Grandfather's death recently. Jeanette and her Family are very warm welcoming and treated us with dignity and respect at such a sad time. We held the service in the beautiful historic building and it was peaceful, calm and comforting. Would highly recommend.

I attended the funeral of a close friend and the send off that she recieved from Funerals from the Heart was lovely. They went out of their way to fulfill the familys requests and the funeral ran so smooth. The staff were friendly, attentive and caring.
