Just want to say thank you to Amy for calling out to my property, for a suspected wasps nest. Amy had dealt with a nest at my fathers property and straight away I knew who to call. Amy was brilliant and very informative. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Amy was an absolute superstar. Responded to my call for help same day and had me booked in for assessment within a few days. Amy did a very thorough inspection of both our property and the exterior of the semi-detached property of our neighbour, filled all gaps and provided suggestions to eliminate further possible entrance points. Traps set in all likely places and within a couple of days we had our furry lodgers caught! Amy left the traps for a further couple of weeks to ensure that everything was caught and allowing time in case of delays due to being semi detached. Amy was professional, polite and always on time. I would happily recommend BKES to anyone and will definitely use again (but hope we don't have to!). Thanks again Amy!

Extremely helpful and professional company. Messaged Amy after having caught a number of mice in attic. We had a phone conversation and she gave me peace of mind that I had caught all the mice and then went through all the locations where they had potentially accessed and how to seal up gaps and potential entry points.While I never actually had Amy out to the house (she was happy that I was taking the right steps and that there wasn’t any requirement for her to visit) the quote she gave me for rodent survey and extermination was a fixed price and very reasonable. From my dealings with Amy I would gladly recommend BKES. I have their number saved and will be using them in future if I have any issues.

Had a furry lodger in the attic got in touch with the company via email. Amy was quick to respond was very clear on service provided and cost. Took a few visits, Amy was very professional and friendly for each trip. She inspected the outside of the house on first visit looking for possible entry points and gave advice for what was needed to prevent further incursions. She installed the vent covers as part of the service on later visits. Very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend.

Called the business, spoke to Amy. Gave me fair quote over the phone. Gave me a time of arrival and arrived on time. Sorted out the wasp nest issue in 20mins. Very professional, efficient and punctual. Great company.

Amy carried out a thorough inspection of property to detect likely access points. Set traps in roofspace and rodent caught 2 days later. Traps left in place for a further 2 weeks but nothing further caught. I am very impressed with the overall service and would recommend 100%.

After calling two of the big companies over and over for 48 hours and never getting through, Amy was such a star!! She picked up the phone even while in someone else’s attic, gave me a clear rundown of the likely problem (mice) and quote.
