The staff at Beaverbrooks Nottingham were all excellent. Each one we dealt with when buying wedding rings made us feel comfortable and never pressured. It had the added extra special feel about the whole buying experience without it being over the top and too posh like we didn’t belong there. Staff were relaxed enough to have a nice conversation too which means so much when making expensive purchases.

Brilliant service. Very fast and efficient. Great team at the victoria centre, nottingham branch.I had my dad's wedding ring increased by three sizes. I am very pleased with the outcome and pricing. I Would definitely recommend this company to any and all looking for similar work to be done to their sentimental heirlooms.Couldn't ask for better or nicer staff.Thank you.

Although I’m a total nightmare customer and so hard to get ahold of, the customer service here has always been amazing. Thank you to Simone, I know I’m a nuisance at getting in touch. But will be in soon to choose my new watch and claim my credit note I promise! There’s just too many nice watches to pick from!

It was an absolutely great experience. A lovely gentleman called Ross serviced us. Got us to sit down and asked if we wanted a drink. I had water my sister had tea and she said it was a good cuppa tea.He then came with the boss chain and told us about the product and how the clasp worked. He told us about the one-off £8 insurance, which we took out just encase. Then he gift wrapped and bagged our gift for our dad. We even had alittle chat about whiskey as we had just been to the whiskey also for another gift.Ross needs a big shout out for his great service! I would definitely return to Nottingham BeaverBrooks.Thank you again Ross!
