This agency is using a third party agency to provide tenant referencing.The company used is called Home Let. Potential tenants are providing a huge amount of personal and financial data as part of this process and you would imagine that it would be secure, however they’re sharing data with energy suppliers/broadband suppliers and also constantly bombard applicants with emails/calls and texts to try and sell insurance products.A straightforward affordability and credit check is not difficult and shouldn’t need to be outsourced.
