great choice, great product. Very sturdy cabinets with a multitude of options for kitchen,bedroom and bathroom. Staff are very friendly and helpful.can even deliver custom sizes.

My holiday home has units fitted throughout by Summerbridge Doors. All the wrap around vinyl on most doors has lifted and cracked open. I have been trying for 3 months now for someone in authority there to ring me back. The women in customer services tell me that there is no one to take my call and I will be rung back...that call never comes. I find the company directors very ignorant as they don't respond to letters or calls. I would definitely steer well clear of this company that's sells inferior goods and have no customer relations. It costs nothing to be polite and courteous and this company doesn't know the meanings of the words. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Truly awful products. Like a lot of the other reviews the glue is failing on the doors, panels and plinth coverings. Summerbridge will not speak to customers directly and they have no relationship with the kitchen company who supplied us. I found an alternative supplier and had to buy the products again to replace the failing ones or face a complete new kitchen. The original supplier - The Kitchen Station specified a Lakes kitchen and then switched to Summerbridge. DO NOT GO NEAR THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

Purchased a kitchen through JP distributors in Dewsbury. Sadly they had to call in the administrators in june 2020. They supplied me with kitchen units in august 2017 with doors from summersbridge who went into administrtion in 2018. Bought by Humber doors.The doors are de laminating but still under warranty. When you phone them they still answer as summersbridge not Humber but will not honour the warranty for replacements.They say they only supply to trade and warranty is for them!!!.

Absolute rubbish!!!! Have had a similar experience to other reviews mentioned - vinyl lifting, peeling and cracking. Tried contacting Summerbridge Doors directly as the kitchen fitting company has gone out of business. Got a very unsatisfactory response from Summerbridge saying they are now owned by another company and quality standards have now improved but I notice they are still trading under same name. They told me my doors are now out of guarantee so nothing could be done. Having to resort to getting all doors, panels, plynths and drawers replaced by a more reputable company as I want to sell my house and no-one would put in an offer with the way the kitchen looks at present. So a £12,000 kitchen is now costing me over £18,000 just to sell. Have contacted Rip Off Britain about this company. It needs someone to investigate how many people including myself have been ripped off to prevent others falling victim to a company that simply does not care less and supplies inferior products.

Terrible quality, non-existent customer service.The units looked and felt cheap from the outset (MDF and cheap veneer), and the veneer began to peel away very quickly. My kitchen now looks awful, with the vinyl flapping about all over the place, so I am trying to replace a number of the doors and panels but have not been able to elicit any response at all from the company.Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Dont go near this company. Doors ,panels and plinths supplied just 4 years ago are falling apart. The coverings are all shrinking and falling away from the MDF backing leaving an unsightly mess. Kithcen will now have to be redone and company will not respond to messages. BEWARE!!!!!

These doors were fitted to our stately Albion holiday home.The vinyl wrap covering on the kitchen doors is lifting away from the doors to our home and many of our neighbours here on our holiday park.( some of our neighbours have had the problem rectified and where told that the glue holding the vinyl was from a bad batch)We have been trying for three weeks now to contact a responsible person and have even offered to fit the replacement doors ourselves but we have had no response from them.I am today writing a letter to the companies directors to see if I get a response from them.

I would leave no stars if I could but this isn’t a option. I contacted Summerbridge in February in regards to opening an account. We didn’t hear nothing from them so made contact with them in March to which they said they will get in touch, nobody ever has! Customer service is obviously not on their forefront as business. It’s a good job they only deal with trade and don’t think the general public would be happy to deal with them if this is how we have treated.

Avoid this company like the plague!!! They supplied our kitchen and the vinyl within 1 year had started to fall off the plinths. Now most of the vinyl is peeling off all the cupboards too. We've tried to contact the to resolve this and upto now they are shirking their responsibilities. Very expensive which I didn't mind paying but seeing how very low budget this kitchen quality is I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! RIP off merchants
