The level of support we received from all the staff was amazing. They were all so kind and nothing was too much trouble. Amy and Helen were there every step of the way, they provided a very professional service whilst making us feel at ease and were really there for us at such a difficult time. We would highly recommend chris white to anyone who is unsure of which funeral directors to choose.

Chris White supported us through both my father's and my mother's funeral earlier this year. He has known them for many years, and he was their choice of funeral director. The whole service was exceptional. I could not recommend the firm highly enough. Even at such a difficult time we all felt the personal approach of Chris White and his team helped us cope, and even made all the arrangements so easy. The funerals were beautifully conducted, and we knew from the outset that our parents were respected.

We were very happy with the service that we had from Chris White Funeral Directors.From day one when they collected my mum/mother in law (as they were working on behalf of the Coroner) they treated mum with respect and care.Helen and Amy were professional, friendly, warm and caring. All the staff at the funeral were very good.I'm glad we decided to go with them as going through a bereavement is the hardest thing you can do so you need to have a company behind you that is going to be trustworthy

A superb service for my sister Sarah. Under difficult current circumstances the team at Chris White provided a tasteful and sensitive service showing real signs of care and attention to detail. At a very raw time we are very grateful for this and thank the whole team and hope that they continue their high levels of service. We would highly recommend Chris White and intend to purchase two prepaid plans so that we have the peace of mind that the future is taken care of.

We cannot recommend Chris White Funeral Directors highly enough. I rang them after losing our brother and Rachel answered the phone and there was no doubt then after talking to her that we were going to use them. She is so professional, compassionate and understanding and guided us with great care and helped give our brother the best send off. At what has been such a painfully sad time Rachel and Sara have been there for us throughout and nothing has been too much trouble for either of them. We were very satisfied with the care and service Chris White provided for our father - especially with the added challenges of Covid 19. Helen in the office provided much friendly support and information and Chris White himself was on hand on the day to ensure all went well. The other staff on the day provided a discreet and respectful presence. All in all, a positive experience in the midst of a distressing time. Recommended.

Damien, Helen and Staff provided an excellent job of Mums funeral. Nothing was too much trouble,we felt we could pop into the office at anytime to discuss details.
