Sterling Debt Recovery

Nothing but great service from Anthony Kelly. Very tricky case but Anthony delivered as per usual.

We've used Sterling for about 5 years. We rarely get bad debts so have only had to use them a few times. On each occasion they managed to collect the debt in full and on two occasions the debtor paid for their service in fees added to the debt. Anthony always keeps me up to date and had given me lots of advice over the years.

Sadly after working with Sterling for the last couple of years as a company we have come to realise the majority of fees that Sterling charge are not collected from the debtor as it mentions on their website but by paid by us, the company.In addition, in the majority of cases they advise to settle with the first offer that the debtor presents, even if it is significantly short of what is owed.*In reply to the below response from Sterling, there are a number of points that are factually incorrect. One of them being that I have not recently joined, I have been with the company since day one. I am very surprised with some of the detail you have provided and I am sure that has breached a number of client confidentiality clauses.
