Heron Developments exceeded our expectations on our bungalow upward extension project, which had specific planning and structural challenges to overcome in the build.They prepared a detailed breakdown of all the projected costs based on the architect's technical drawing package. Communication was good throughout the project, we were free to visit the site as regularly as we wanted. We found all the people who worked on the project friendly and approachable, the skill of the carpenter and stonemason gave the project the wow factor. Whenever an unforeseen problem arose, Jon was upfront with us and clearly explained what was happening. The finished project has made us very pleased we went ahead with the work.
