My recent 2-week stay at this centrally located Birmingham hotel was truly exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service from the nights team, including Sam the Manager, Ricky, and Sam from security. Their unwavering commitment to excellence, noticeable from the first night, set them apart from other shifts, who also contributed to my experience. The modern, impeccably clean rooms, coupled with the team's warm welcome and genuine smiles, created a memorable atmosphere. Sam's leadership, Ricky's attention to detail, and the security team's proactive approach made me feel secure and valued throughout my stay. What a great hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. The restaurant was very good with the daily specials being really great. Finally the staff were really helpful and friendly. They all went the extra mile to get to know their guests and seemed proud of they did. I would highly recommend staying here.

I've been doing a little travelling recently and stumbled across this hotel, I booked for a night's stay so I can have a venture in to the city centre, upon arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome, I checked into my room, it was very clean and tidy, I decided to go for a wonder and spoke to a member of staff Mira who was very helpful, and gave me a few nice locations to look around and said the Christmas Market was also in the city. When I was departing I spoke to Mira and said how wonderful everywhere was.Thank you for your recommendations, this made my stay a lot more enjoyable.

Stayed here a few nights while attending a family wedding. Family of four (2 adults, 2 children) over two rooms. It was very comfortable and clean with access to the second room via an internal door. Showers were lovely and clean with excellent hot water pressure. The buffet was excellent and it's open all day from breakfast onwards. It was reassuring to see staff from local businesses eating breakfast and lunch there. Hotel staff are attentive and friendly. Will certainly use them again.

I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Campanile Birmingham-Aston. The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout the check-in process. I had several pieces of luggage and was traveling with my two young kids, aged 8 and 10. The staff also helped me carry our luggage to the room. The room was neat and tidy. For the price, I have no complaints, and my kids and I had a lovely stay. I will definitely stay there again.

Everything running smoothly. Polite staff, willing to help, everything explained before my check-in. The room was clean and the shower was really good. I had a couple of beers at the bar and the service was amazing. I had a full English breakfast and was lovely. A star for Mira provided an amazing service. I will come back.

Good size carpark and free be sure to enter your registration plate at reception.Looks like its gone a major makeover since I was last here and looks cool.Not a very friendly greeting from the receptionist just got asked name and given a keycard no info given at all about restaurant times, breakfast finding the room, nothing!Room was a good size as was the shower room.Lift to all floorsBed comfortable enoughWiFi goodShower hot and powerfulBreakfast not included (I think !)Didn't eat there for the evening mealLocation next to the canalAbout 20 min walk to the city centre.Would stay again for the Location

Stayed here for the work. Hotel was fully booked.Amazing first impression and atmosphere, great, friendly and helpful staff ever.The hotel was clean, and the lobby area and bedrooms were great and modern.Breakfast and dinner were good quality and lots of options. Service was fast.I was very pleased with my stay and I will be definitely back soon.
