Our company has been working with Fro for almost two years now and are very happy with the service provided. During that time, we have booked many houses and apartments for colleagues working in Birmingham and have always had high quality properties and customer service. Nothing is too much trouble, and the communication is always very good and been available 7 days a week, which has been key during Covid. Fro always goes above and beyond, and has been very understanding and flexible when things have had to change at short notice. I would 100% recommend to any company who is booking group accommodation, and wants an excellent service.

Booked a large flat and house within 5 minutes of each other for our team working in Birmingham.We stayed for a few months and had very good service from the team with a great service. Both properties were nice and clean, and in good condition, with cleaners sent in regularly. Team was regularly checking on us to make sure everything is okay and quickly fixed everything that got broken due to daily use.We had a great stay:)Thank you, we will book again!

We stayed with this company for 10 months whilst working away from home. During that time Frahana was extremely helpful, any issues were dealt with immediately. We received regular messages checking if we needed anything and to make sure we were okay.10/10 - Would recommend.

My colleagues have been working in the Coleshill area for the past 8 months and have spent every week in Birmingham Contractor Stays accommodation. Properties were clean with plenty of parking and space. Didn't get any complaints from our guys! Fro has been great, always very quick to respond to my emails and always manage to get them in a house with short notice. Our team have been working in Birmingham for a while now, and have had the pleasure of staying in a few different houses. Every one has been clean, comfy and spacious, with easy parking. The garden is a bonus and great for the guys to relax after work.Any issues are dealt with ASAP in a friendly, professional way by the team, and nothing is ever too much trouble.We’ll be working in Birmingham for several months so very glad to have our accommodation all sorted with Fro.Highly recommended for a five star service!
