I've dealt with ATS Euromaster, Rosehill, Carlisle on a number of occasions. I got my car Air-con replenished there today and it was a fantastic service. The guy with the ponytail and beard was extremely helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate going back there again!

Not the happiest of guys on the front desk but efficient, we all have those days. The dude doing the tyres was spot on and didn't hang about.Make sure you book in advance however, they didn't have the capacity to take walk-ins as they were already fully booked.

Took in the Motorhome for tacking, the resetting of which created other issues which were resolved due to the determination and dedication of the staff. Can't thank them enough for their effort.

Had a sudden problem with our car, and stopped here to ask if they could look at it. Despite being busy, they fitted us in and gave it a thorough examination until the problem was identified. So helpful and didn’t give up on us! Thank you so much!

Would not use again, keys were handed back to me and they were black from their dirty hands as clearly don't wear gloves and blame was passed onto someone else, also oily marks left on my brand new seat covers. Was told no charge for a retest then was charged for a retest because I had to take the vehicle elsewhere as ATS could not do the repair required. Would not recommend.

Excellent service after a puncture on the way to work required a new tyre to be fitted. Quickly done and reasonably priced. Very well looked after by Craig and Steven. Thanks guys.

Never had a positive experience here, sadly. Been a few times as local to me and my garage. Front desk staff seems to treat customers as an inconvenience, and never have tyres in stock. Costs are astronomical. Staff seem to enjoy playing football against the garage doors more than doing work. There are better and cheaper garages in Carlisle
